But can that really be the reason why it freezes? I mean, it runs without lags and really smooth actually.

And yes, i checked it. It's 2GB. Other than that my PC is:

AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 3350G 4x3.6ghz

Ok you should avoid using hd textures plus tone down some settings of game such as shadows, anti-aliasing etc and if u r using an enb avoid using any effects that heavily affect game performance. For vanilla skyrim your gpu is good enough but if u mod it with hd or quality textures, it is going to perform badly. Also consider using ordenator, a tool for optimising textures of Bethesda games it is available on nexusmods go check it out. Good luck.
