LordTJ666
I am far enough in the game (even beat it) to get in the Lucky 38, but the sliding doors that reveal the main entrance never open, I have to toggle clipping every time to get in and out. I cant google this problem because I do not see any results where anyone has had this problem. Can anyone help me find a solution to this pain in the neck? Rezubi
Have you got any mods that might affect this? Have you tried a steam verify cache?
LordTJ666
Here is a list of mods I use. Note that the Lucky 38 mods were installed after I had this problem. I am not sure which mods could conflict with that or why, but I cannot find this door glitch anywhere in them. What is a steam verify cache? Rezubi
Steam verify cache: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335 Have you tried running BOSS? BOSS tutorial: Edit: Try disabling run the lucky 38 and the lucky 38 suite expansion mods. Edited May 20, 2013 by Rezubi
LordTJ666
This problem happened before the Lucky 38 mods I have added (Which is now only "Run the Lucky 38") so I highly doubt it could be the issue. I ran the Steam verify cache, says "1 Files failed to validate and will be reacquired." but nothing happens after I hit close, not sure if I am supposed to do something or what. BOSS has not solved my door problem either.
Osuirof
Well, those "door" closed for me after using "New Vegas Save Cleaner" (I have "Run the Lucky 38" too). You can't undo it, but you can disable them:- open console,- LMB on that shutter,- type "disable", (without the quote) hit enter and voila - shutter no more.
