LE Ebony Mail Effect (without poison!)

Hey I'd like to have a ring (or a necklace or something) that adds the same or an effect similar to the effect on the ebony mail (when you activate sneak mode you get some strange aura surrounding you)

 

BUT it mustn't have this poison effect, cuz that screws up your backstabs and such

 

and i'd like this ring to increase sneak when you do this, so

 

-increase sneak ('blend with shadow')

-look awesome

 

also, i don't know but if possible it would be awesome if the ring itself had this aura permanently..?
