Rainy nights way too bright!

Hello guys. I'm trying to make the night darker on my skyrim legendary.

There are mods like darkness, darker nights and others.

They all work fine until starts rainning. Then the night becomes bright as vanilla.

This also happens with weather mods like climates of tamriel.

The only weather I tested that does not have this bug is vivid weathers. But I dont really like vivid weathers.

I'm trying to stay close to vanilla feel.

 

I can't use ENB, my pc is slow... what alternative do I have?
