Change download folder for MANUAL MOD downloads

I am trying to install a mod which has several files. I want to put it in a separate subfolder so I know that those files work together. I understand it is possible to set the manual download to always ask where I want to download. I have looked at all the settings, preferences etc.

 

I cannot find that setting. Could someone tell me the steps to get to it?

well for google chrome, the answer is

 

Settings >> Advanced >> Downloads

 

Then choose the second option "Ask where to save each file before downloading". Enable it/Turn it on.

 

for other browsers, idk off hand.
