Mod conflicts?

Hi, I've been tinkering with mods for an hour or two now, and it still crashes on startup. I've installed compatibility patches for each mod that required them, but still nothing. Can anyone with better knowledge take a glance at my load order and tell me if they see something wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated.

The easiest thing would be to run FNVEdit.
It will load all your mods and it will show you a warning when it encounters a missing master (or the reason it crashes) and you'll se what you are missing.
Also, looking at your load order, you can't have both fellout and Nevada Skies as one will override the other depending who is the last in load order.
And you don't need "Perk every level" since Project nevada has that option build it, so you can choose to get perk every level.
Anyway, after fixing that, run the BOSS to sort your mods automatically.
