Get custom thrall to enter dungeons, etc.

So I released a mod with a familiar thrall spell and it was discovered he does not follow into interiors, cities, dungeons, etc,. I looked through the CK last night and this morning but nothing is jumping out at me as to what to add/alter. What am I looking for :wallbash: ?
