RPD490 Posted August 1, 2014 Share Posted August 1, 2014 This has been in my game for a bit, think it appeared when I downloaded Sel Blad Castle. I since uninstalled the mod, mainly it was lag heavy on my end, but this blurry effect didn't go away. I started a new game and the effect was gone, but I don't want to start up a new game as I beaten it and just started the Dawnguard quest line, so I just want to know if I am not the only one that has this issue.
