Here is another one. Seems like it is now doing it for third person view. I started a new game and the effect was gone, but I don't want to start up a new game as I beaten it and just started the Dawnguard quest line, so I just want to know if I am not the only one that has this issue. It seems like it circles around my character as I move in third person view, it just moves along with me.

This has been in my game for a bit, think it appeared when I downloaded Sel Blad Castle. I since uninstalled the mod, mainly it was lag heavy on my end, but this blurry effect didn't go away. I never had this problem prior to the mod so does anyone know what it is and how I can get rid of it?

Okay I am one of the many people who have a problem trying to ride dragons in the Dragonborn DLC. According to the UESP, it is said that one way to resolve the issue is to actually go into the Dragonborn.bsa and delete the skeleton.nif in the dragon folder of the file. Only problem is, I don't know how to open BSA files. I would have assumed that the Creation Kit would allow you to do that but I can't seem to find any setting or way to open the BSA file, just to delete this one file, well folder I guess, and just save it afterwords. Does anyone know a way to open up BSA files for Skyrim?

Yeah Im with jcdoe, I don't even have a dragon folder in my Actor folder of the mesh directory. I know earlier though that I did go and clean up the Update.esm, Dawnguard.esm, Hearthfire.esm, and Dragonborn.esm using TESVEdit, and I know your not suppose to do that, but really think about, Bethseda did a REALLY good job having these files clean. Not! It too is full of dirty edits, mainly of other duplicate files that are just in the files for no reason. And if you go into playing the game with these files dirty and you play with other mods, your more than likely gonna encounter instability, whereas if your playing with no mods. Then nothing happens. Also I never downloaded any mods that edit the Dragon Skeleton so that can't be the problem.

Okay now I use a lot of mods for my Skyrim, namely weapon mods and other mods that help patch the game and fix bugs in certain places, as well as a few texture mods to make the game look better. However due to my laptop specs, I have to play the game in Low Quality, even so that doesn't bother me a bit. Now what really starts to bug me, is when I do a lot of things and the game seems to delay those certain actions, often affecting some quests, like in the Dragonborn DLC. Here are a couple examples. Note that I have the USP, UDGP, UHFP, UDBP, and UHRTP (Unofficial High-Res Texture Patch): Whenever I kill a dragon, before I had Dragonborn, the game never immediately gives me the Dragon Soul. I would have to wait maybe few hours and then be somewhere else, until the game finally realizes that I had slayed a Dragon and got the Soul. Now I use the Glorious Dragon Soul Animation mod, so the animations also delayed as well, to the point where I can't use any weapons until the animation for it is done. When I use the Banks across Skyrim mod, I talk to the Banker at a Hold, but the menu never opens up immediately. I opens up whenever the game feels like it. Usually it would get on faster whenever I pause the game in and out and the menu for the bank shows up way later, even after I load up a game from where I talked to the banker last. During Dragonborn, when I tried to get to Raven Rock the first time, the game wouldn't take me there even after I paid the guy who runs the boat there to take me there. I run off to go do something else and maybe 6-7 game hours later, the game fades out and usually stays there, until it feels like loading up at Raven Rock. Even had something similar when I got the Black Book from the Temple of Miraak, it never took me to see him. I had to use console commands to force complete the level. Now when I start to go look for the other Black Books, the game finally decides to wisk me away to see him. Even after that the game does nothing, I can beat the ever living crap out of Miraak but nothing really happens afterwords. I then use coc back to the quest I'm on and continue as normal, but for whatever reason I end up automatically teleporting back to Miraak repeatedly after I try to get back to the quest Im on. What are your thoughts on these and what do you think I should do? I know disabling some mods might or might not help this, but its hard to tell which mod exactly started to do this and would be boring enough to disable them and play the game with few mods on to try to find the one mod that is causing it.
