Valkasha Posted September 14, 2014 Share Posted September 14, 2014 You simply got mods installed that're too heavy for your system to handle. When turning you will notice the most fps drop and also flickering at zero fps dips. Your pc is simply struggling to load. But since you're lax with the former, perhaps you would be with the latter also. There may still be others that find the following information useful. As to the problem, it's not necessarily to do with the limits of your system, or the mods themselves (though they are inevitably the cause). For example, I can run Skyrim comfortably with over 240 mods, however I have encountered this issue with only a few of the same mods, on the same system. It's more to do with an error in how the graphics are being processed. I've only had this issue with an ENB running. By chance, I found that whilst in a menu (Jaxonz renamer), holding [shift + B] seemed to toggle on/off whatever process was causing the FPS drop and weird lighting. For me, I didn't get a flicker though, rather, the shadow of my character seemed to be leaving her body. Hope this is helpful in some way.
