FPS drop of about 20 frames when looking into distance? (ENB)

I think the easiest way to explain my problem would be with the picture including in the imgur link found below (file was too big to upload),

Basically the different coloured circles represent where my fps drops while looking in each direction, the red circle represents the area where my FPS drops (around 20 frames), the blue areas represent where my FPS stays at a solid 55-60.

This doesn't just occur in Whiterun though, it occurs more or less everywhere, like the area surrounding Riverwood for example.

EDIT: here's a video instead of that image: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcoF8RmJNeM&index

As you can see one minute my fps will be at 33 and i'll turn around and it will be back up to 60 :L

Some other stuff that should probably be taken into consideration:

I'm running the games antialising instead of the enb's since I find it hard to ignore fences, buildings, flora etc shimmering.

I've already tried using the Enb's antialiasing/turning the games antialising down but it makes no difference.

I'm also using Ugridstoload 7, turning it down to the default of five seems to make no difference.

Sorry for such a long post, but hopefully with this information someone can help me out :^)

Something to look into....

IF you have AA on in Skyrim launcher....you ALSO have AA on in ENB, PLUS you have Sub pixel AA on..

From your ENBlocal.ini

  1. [ANTIALIASING]
  2. EnableEdgeAA=true<<<That IS AA
  3. EnableTemporalAA=false
  4. EnableSubPixelAA=true
  5. EnableTransparencyAA=false <<<Try This instead of Sub Pixel
Wondering if you also have AA or AF on at the Driver level.....??
Also not quite following the End of your Load order....only one i dont use yet is ASIS...but...
you have...PRE Automatic Variants IC patch , but i do not See..."Automatic Variants.esp "
You have ...Pre AsispatchIW.esp But no "Asis patch.esp" <<<do not know for a fact this actually gets created.
You have ..Pre Reproccer IW.. but no POST Reproccer IW...thought these always came as a pair...lol
You have 16 x AF in Skyrim AND 16x AF in ENB
You have 8x AA in Skyrim ....
Does your Video Card smoke when its running....hahahhah....Just curious....:)

Didn't help :(

I'm pretty sure disabling "usedefferedrendering" disables all the ENB AA, and I had already done that.

As for the reproccer thing, looks like i'll have to sort that out too.
