Skyrim save doesn't work with SKSE

First of all I want to say hi to everyone who takes a look at my problem and I really would appreciate it if someone who knows something tells me about it.

 

So here comes my problem:

 

I have played Skyrim for a long time now, I got many mods (NMM and Steam) and never had any real problems and when I had one it could be easily fixed (disabling mod or change load order). But this time it is something rather unique:

 

I have SKSE installed and it worked perfectly up until now, but for some days I just can't start one of my saves. Better:

I can start Skyrim and play every save except this one. I searched the internet for several hours now and tried everything:

Remove SKSE, install it again. Same with NMM and Skyrim. The ironic thing is: The save starts when I'm playing Skyrim normally but not when I start it with SKSE, neither when I untick all mods I got and start it with SKSE.

This all happened after I travelled to Windhelm by carriage and entered it. There I got a ctd. It autosaved before so I just ran it again but got a ctd again. And now this happens all the time I try to start this save (Btw.: Neither can I start the old autosaves). So I did the same (take carriage to Windhelm) with another char but nothing happened. I didn't get any mods editing Windhelm before I started the game though I have Detailed Cities, but never had any problems with it.

 

Now this is the end and I really hope someone can help me. Thank you for reading this far.

Try these things in this order and see if anything works as intended. If not, then we will try to figure something else out.

 

Try loading a different save and then (while in game) try loading the save that always crashes. See if it will load from within another save like that.

Try loading from a previous save (preferably not an autosave) and travel to Windhelm. See if you still crash.

Try downloading Save Game Script Cleaner and cleaning the save that crashes. Open the save from within SGSC, select Fix All and then FixScriptInstances and save before exiting SGSC. Try loading the save then.

If it doesn't load after cleaning it, try step two again. Load a different save, and then try to load the (cleaned) save that always crashes. If you can get the save to load, you can then save in a new slot and try cleaning it again.

 

Please let me know if you still need help after trying these things.

Thanks for the fast reply, didn't expect to get one that soon.

 

But I still can't seem to get this thing working. I did it like you and the Nexus-site of the Save Game Cleaner said, but it still is only working without SKSE. The Problem is I have some nice mods I really like to use but they only work either with SKSE or SkyUI.
