BSXFlags and BSBehaviorGraphExtradata

Hi everyone short question How do I create both BSXFlags and BSBehaviorGraphExtradata?
Long story
I'm working on animated static that use script in creation kit to controll them, it look fine in Nifskope but it not working in game
somehow I figured it out that I need both BSXFlags and BSBehaviorGraphExtradata to make it work.
but there is no BSXFlags or BSBehaviorGraphExtradata when I export the mesh from 3dsmax so...(go back to short question) any idea guys?

In NifScope right click on root BSFadeNode and select Node \ Attach Extra Data

Thank Zilav, BTW is there a way to make 3dsmax automatic created them?

You can also block copy/paste from a vanilla nif.

 

If your making an animated nif the data for the animation is held in the hkx files, you can skip Havok completely and just use Gamebryo, I've made a few nifs for Skyrim this way and you can even get working activators.
