MissMokey
I was attempting to play around with texture mods this afternoon and unfortunately in doing so, it's erased some of the textures, chest, chairs, candle-holders, and the rocks around campfires, leaving them shiny and purple. I've uninstalled and re-installed, and fixed corrupt files but it's still happening! I just started learning more about the mod world and may have gotten in too deep too quickly. Oops... :ermm: Edited August 2, 2015 by MissMokey
Hallinskioi
Try going into your steam library, right clicking on Skyrim and going to properties, from the menu that pops up go to local files and then click the button at the bottom, 'verify integrity of game cache'. This should restore your textures. If this doesn't work let me know. P.S. This may replace your .ini's. Make backups if you've modified them. Don't know what an ini is? Then don't worry. Just verify and you should be fine.

Trying to recall all I had today, but unfortunately I've been at it all day long and tried deleting it all already, but I think it was: Skyrim HD - 2K Textures http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/607Serious HD Retexture Skyrim http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2146Skyrim Realistic Overhaul http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5400Skyrim Ultra HD Texture Pack http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/...AOF Detailed Mountains http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/4805HD Misc http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3595Enhanced Lights and FX http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/...Static Mesh Improvement Mod (SMIM) http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/8655Realistic Water Two http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/...aMidianBorn Book of Silence http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/... Roughly in this order at least! I don't have the LOOT anymore since I got rid of it all and my program is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\ if that helps! I have Dawnguard, Dragonborn, and Hearthfire, Using SKSE(1.7.3) and NMM... I'm on an Alienware x51 R2, whixch means I've got an Intel Core i3-4150 3.50 GHz and the graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745 4 GB GDDR3, but I'm afraid I don't know much about that. Is there anything else I might be able to give that would help? Totally lost and I really appreciate the reply! I deleted a few of the mods from NMM before I deactivated them and I'm wondering if maybe that's what messed it up? Hallinskioi
Okay, well I'm not sure what is occuring in your game then. Your best bet would be to uninstall all of those mods, checking to see if the textures are back and if not, then reinstalling Skyrim, make backups of your saves if you want. Then install those mods one at a time and checking in game whether or not textures are appearing correctly. Also use LOOT because it works and also use the Unofficial Patches as well. It may be that you're straining your graphics card with all of these texture packs.
