Heavy Modding Error

My previous error was solved fairly easily, this one is very hard to figure something out with, I've already looked on the web, and didn't find anything.

 

Basically what happens is when I launch SKSE (My mod installer is Mod Organizer) it goes to the Skyrim logo and then the game crashes. Before this it got to the loading screen, but when I tried to create a new game it would give me an option for a mod called Constructible Shacks, I would click okay, and then it would freeze with the logo in front of the next option. What can I do? Here's my mod order:
