When trying to use SKSE with SweetFX (Either through Elder Blood ENB or FXAA Injector, I'm unsure which one) the game fails to start up and gives a "Entry Point not Found" Notification (Included below) I can remove this by renaming the dxgi.dll file to dxgi.dll.bak, but then the whole bottom half of my game screen is tinted very dark purple, almost like a blacklight. How do I fix this?

Thank you for your efforts to help me, I truly appreciate it. You are a very kind person, and I think I'd be hard pressed to find someone who would have went out of their way to this extent just for the purpose of assisting me. I have concluded this is a lost cause. It pisses me off how this can be so convoluted, and it just isn't worth it to continue. NMC Texture Pack can go f*#@ itself. Thanks once again, I truly and utterly appreciate it. :)

By "It simply isn't there" I mean the textures aren't in the game. The game looks the exact same as vanilla, and frankly I'm about ready to give up. This is absolutely ridiculous, why the hell does this have to be so god damn hard to simply get working?

Update: I tried installing it with Mod Organizer, and the same exact thing happens. It simply isn't there

Not on this particular install, no. I just used NMM. Is the NMC texture pack even in that Plugins list? If so, I must be blind because I don't see it :/

I don't appear to even have a file named "plugin.txt" on either of my drives that is for Fallout, I only have one for Skyrim

I mean, I had to uninstall that installation of Fallout 3, so I lost it. Sorry that that was unclear

I just remembered; I did a few weeks ago get NMC to work, but I had to uninstall that client and now I can't reinstall it.

1: CPU: Intel Core i5-3350P @ 3.10 GHz GPU: Zotac GTX 970 4GB RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 2400MHz Power Supply: 650W 2: Windows 10, 64 bit. 3: Steam. The location is D:/Steam Library/steamapps/common/Fallout 3 goty 4: I'm completely unfamiliar with that path. Nor do I know where the Plugin.txt is. No my PC is not shared, also on a side note, how do you do spoiler tags? Is it just [ spoiler ] ?

In NMM, "Archive Invalidate" has already been selected.

I recently installed the mod "NMC Textures" for Fallout 3, when I install it and open up the game it looks exactly the same as the vanilla one, as if the NMC Textures mod isn't installed. I even checked the textures folder in the Fallout Data Directory and all the files for NMC are there. Why aren't these textures working? What have I done wrong? Please help me as soon as possible

My previous error was solved fairly easily, this one is very hard to figure something out with, I've already looked on the web, and didn't find anything. Basically what happens is when I launch SKSE (My mod installer is Mod Organizer) it goes to the Skyrim logo and then the game crashes. Before this it got to the loading screen, but when I tried to create a new game it would give me an option for a mod called Constructible Shacks, I would click okay, and then it would freeze with the logo in front of the next option. What can I do? Hello, I have a decent amount of mods installed (List at bottom) and I keep getting purple textures in the sky from a distance, and the deep snow is purple too. What can I do? I have attached a screenshot of the problem.
