Cuz I kinda beat all the main quest lines already (Main, Companions, Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild, College of Winterhold, Reunification of Skyrim, etc.) and I just wanna screw around on my assassin with Shadowcloak of the Nocturnal lol. Airamand Posted August 18, 2013 Share Posted August 18, 2013 Well, for shouts i know theres a command that reduces cooldown to 0, but since the Dawnguard expansion it only applies to Dragon Shouts, and not to powers.
