Well I'm not any kind of a specialist regarding 3d modelling but if I were you I'll try to replace those meshes with some simple-shaped ones. Especially the "SUBcratewall" 47825 kb for single mesh is way to much, this object is simply to large to be loaded "on fly" not to mention it may cause significant FPS drop because of the number of separate shapes loaded at once. The same with the "SUBGoldBarPit" try to reduce the number of gold bars in that object. So basically you need to lower theirs sizes by simplify the shape of those meshes as much as it's possible, I think that should solve the lagging issue. Sorry for My English.
