Tried to follow your instructions but I guess it's not a simple copy/paste now is it? Can't seem to get it work

When using the heart of the beast mod, take note that you MUST USE JUST ONE sound part ( either werewolf, feral or alpha) and just one texture pack ( either alpha, omega or beta) - there is no way either can cause any problems or conflict with anything. Take note however that most of my textures are available via moonlight tales

I think there is a mod called nature of the beast 2 that adds a were-reptile to the game with poison claws and cloak, might be something you want

Try typing in SFTM X ( x - value) in the console, the amount should not be over 2.0 or below 0.10, 2.0 being twice as fast and 0.50 being half fast
