Nice, but I prefered when the Tracking button was where it was. Why it was removed from Actions? I do not like moving mouse cursor all over the screen to get to the function buttons. From right-top corner I will use only the tracking, all other buttons that I use are on the left side. edit: And Endorse button too? why? The good thing is that now they change color.

With Skyrim there is a possibility to make a multilingual plugin - a plugin with .STRINGS files for multiple languages. Now it is hard to determine which plugins are multi and which are not. I think it is reasonable to add a multilingual tag in Language category.

Tecra's Mod Translator is a good choice if you want to see the ESPlugin file in different charsets (go here). However I am not sure if 1.2 version will do. The most recent was 1.3 beta6 version and it had an option to change the charset for sure. The other is TES4Edit and its TES4Trans functions. Yes, it is. Better way is to "Export texts" in Construction Set (menu File->Export), edit exported texts in MS Word etc., and then import it back to the plugin.
