  1. Hey! How you been? Couldn't reach you via messages. Might have some news for ya.
  2. Nexus is absolutely unbearable today, was there a mad rush to upload/install mods for these two new game page additions?
  3. Not sure how many followers you currently have? You can use the console to clear them all but since you are using a multiple follower mod not sure if it will affect that? Many of my followers are designed to sandbox in the location where they were left. I recommend using the journal feature in the main menu or simply writing down their locations before clearing them. I have actually not got to play the Dawnguard DLC yet, I am too busy with updates and requests here lately.
  4. Threw my Advil deep into my desk drawer! Thanks so much for doing this, I hate guessing when trying to help my mod users. :)
  5. In response to post #7704134. #7715048 is also a reply to the same post. Ah okay will give it a try.
  6. Saw this new blurb and tried making a forum thread for issues and concerns on one of my mods but it only had five views 3 days later. I think people want to place their comments where the most people will see them so they gravitate towards the main thread. I think it's a grand idea to create different threads in theory but in practice people don't use them for whatever reason. I can safely say that 90 percent of my mod users with minor issues are just not bothering to read the mod description or sticky's. It can be very frustrating at times answering the same question over and over again but then again the Nexus is of many cultures and languages so I take those into consideration when I read and reply to a users comments or concerns. My point is that even I created a sticky with a link to the forum for problems and issues only about 40% of the people using my mod would bother looking at it and probably half that would use it.
  7. Good to know, I sort of figured it out on my own shortly after a hasty "Where the hell is the hide button?" post on the forums. Thanks again for the information Dark0ne.
  8. I'm a face/companion modder and I do it for my own amusement. I have files that have 10K downloads and 100 endorsement which for a companion mod that is not standalone isn't really that bad but it shows a certain lake of effort from the Nexus community as far as I am concerned. Making an original looking, unique and fully functioning companion is a lot more time consuming than most people think, making an interesting mod page can take almost as much time as the mod itself but it gives the mod a professional feel. My point is this, have there been times that I have felt like throwing the towel in because I don't see much appreciation from the community, well yes. I have come to the realization that if I make my core users happy that is all that really matters. People nowadays aren't as appreciative as they used to be and that is a fact. I endorse most all of the mods I have downloaded even if they ultimately do not work for me. I do this to foster the creativity the mod author has shown in his or her mod. I also look at mods as an expression of that author. I might not always agree with their final work but I feel like an endorsement is the least I can do for them and who knows it may spur the author on to improve and make something that really adds to my game. Please endorse your mods, it's not like it costs anything and being human it is amazing how such a little (and free) gesture can make someone's day.
  9. I think that an overhaul of the endorsement system is an excellent idea and well needed! (insert Huzzah!) I also really like the idea of turning off the ads for a small fee for supporters. I think you should make the fee a little higher honestly as it seems a bit low. I am sure most of the supporters would be happy paying up to 5.00 for the opportunity to cruise the Nexus ad free while helping you with your rather costly updates.
  10. Same stuff happening to me and been like that for a week, login issues, multiple download attempts and only here on Skyrim Nexus. I hope they are fixing whatever is broken because if its like this when Dragonborn comes out you wont be able to touch this place with a 10 foot pole.
  11. Thanks for the add and Kudo's tattooedillusions!
  12. Ha didn't even realize you were in my friends list until now. Thanks man and just added a Kudo for ya also. Cheers dude!
  13. I just tried to access the Steam Skyrim achievements page and it says: Sorry The Steam Community is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Error 503 Service Unavailable XID: 2053745425 Could it be a sign??? To make sure I reloaded and closed the page a couple times as well as checked availability on a couple other games. Skyrim is the only one that throws this message, my fingers are crossed!
  14. If you have this game through Steam try validating your Skyrim game cache under properties. It should detect what is missing and re-download them to your computer.
