Upon starting up, I have this visual bug in the upper half of my screen: The bottom half renders just fine and looks pretty good, while the upper half of the screen is blue / transparent somewhat. Please see attached Picture. What mod do you think causes that issue? Any healp will be greatly aprecciated. Thanks all!
