[Mod Request] less grime and random noises

hi, thanks for reading.
I wish I could play this game with environments more clean and akin to a modern world type aesthetic, with less peeling paint, rust etc.
I'd also like it if there wasn't those random noises happening all the time.

Is any of this possible?
