Can anyone identify this mod?

I found this sword, "Drachentöter" in a wrecked ship at the bottom of the west end of Lake Ilinalta. I wish I knew where it came from . According to the data in Inventory, it does 24,930 damage. This is obviously an error. I don't want to run around killing dragons with a single blow, I just want to find what caused the error and fix it.

"Drachentöter" is German for "Dragonslayer", but this has nothing to do with the two-handed sword of that name. I'm pretty sure it came from one of my many, many mods, one that has been translated into German or was written in that language. (I'm playing the game in German.)

I created a copy of this sword with the console command player.additem, and it was just the same as the one I found, so I suspect that the mod itself is damaged. If I can identify it, then I can download it again or try to clean it, but first I need to identify it.

The only other clue I have is the wreck is next to a big dreugh nest. Apparently, I was supposed to kill all the dreugh, then search the lake and find the sword. I don't know if this is part of a quest, I just went and did it.

Thanks for your helpful assistance. Drachentöter comes from Rochester.esm, which would be about the last thing I would have guessed. The base value for damage is 10,000, a big round number which doesn't appear to be a random error. Maybe this is a special one-shot weapon? I notice it starts half drained and I can't charge it with the stones. I probably shouldn't monkey with it until I know for sure. I'll post something in the Rochester comments and see if anyone there can help me.

Looks like a legit Rochester item, though why they added it to the game I'll never know. Tested it on a Forest Spirit that was giving me trouble. Sure enough, he fell with one blow. It can probably kill anything that can be killed just as easily. I better squirrel this away, or else I'll be using it all the time.
