Speed issues in Australia

I'm posting this thread as a follow-up to a post I made on Reddit regarding a manual file download that gave me grief a couple of days ago, I've been told more reports of connectivity issues to my country will make the argument more credible, and I'm happy to oblige for that purpose.

Country: Australia

ISP: TPG

Thanks for providing the info.

I'll have our team pass it on to the CDN provider. In the meantime, do you have access to a VPN to see if that improves things?

Unfortunately, I don't have access to a VPN, sorry. If I do start to use a VPN in the future, I'll give downloading from Nexus a shot and post a thread about it, but it may be a long while before then. Thanks for putting the message forward though, I appreciate the help.

It's odd thought that 8 different servers all give you the same issue, the Worldwide CDN is usually fine for AUS users. It might be worth enquiring with your ISP if you have time because we quite often fine ISPs there have issues with our servers. Telstra (I think they are called) used to cause us all kinds of issues.
