MattKelly77 Posted October 15, 2021 Share Posted October 15, 2021 Hi, firstly apologies I'm new to nexus mods and a total novice at modding. I'm trying to mod Oblivion and am currently having problems completing the installation of OBMM. I have a cd rom version of Oblivion which I saved into a new folder in my C drive (not progarms or programs86) I installed some other mod tools like Wrye bash and OBSE without any problem but when I follow the OBMM wizard install I get an error message: Oblivion mod manager must be installed to Oblivion's base directory. If you have moved or renamed 'oblivion_default.ini' please replace it. So the OBMM files are in the same folder as my oblivion.exe and oblivion.launcher.exe. The wizard installer detected the oblvion file and selected the folder at the wizard folder options. Would anyone have any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong and what I may do to put it right?
