Help: On attack, heal

Hi, I'm really new to skyrim modding and the creation kit, I released my first weapon mod a couple of days ago but tried my hand at something a little more special.

 

Basically, I have created a weapon that needs to have the effect of healing on every successful hit. I've tried and tried to get this to work in the creation kit but I'm at a loss. I want to release the mod but this is holding me back :\

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

This effect already exists in the game. Open up an existing weapon like the Ebony Blade and check what the name of the enchantment is, and then apply it to your custom weapon.
