How do I move a whole location from a mod to another location?

So I was really eyeing this real old mod called New Vegas Trade Center, and it's sad there's nothing like it on the nexus. Problem is I can't use the mod since it will conflict with mods I am currently using that change freeside. So I was thinking that maybe I could move the whole NVTC building from freeside to the outskirts of New Vegas, particularly near the Crimson Caravan compound. How do I go about doing this? Can anyone guide me? I really have no clue, no modding experience unless you count making some small compatibility solutions like preventing clipping buildings in conflicting mods.

It's doable but it would be a nightmare, you'd be better off building a new exterior and linking the doors to the existing interior cells, then disable the bits in Freeside and enable the original assets, even then it's a ton of work.
