Mythosaur Posted August 25, 2013 Share Posted August 25, 2013 Hey everyone, First please excuse me if there already is a topic regarding the same suggestion, I might've looked over it.Anyway, onto the actual topic.I recently played Morrowind again and re-found my love for using spears (Spear of Bitter Mercy in particular). So I went onto the Nexus, and I only found weapon mods that add spears but they are wielded as two-handed. This kind of made me thinking, you know how the Rieklings have their certain animations for holding spears? Yeah, well, what if somehow this animation could be transferred on a player model?I am no modder, I'm more of just a tester of mods and lore-fanatic, so I don't know if this would be possible. But, how awesome would it be if it actually was? We'd be able to wield spears in the way they should be. And we would finally be able to fill in that gaping pit many of us got when we found out we couldn't wield the Riekling spears like actual spears.Remember, I have no idea if this is even possible, it is just a suggestion.-Sandor Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I use his mod and a mix of some animation replace mods. diyeath Posted September 13, 2013 Share Posted September 13, 2013 Be careful with animation mods, they can cause serious problems with your saves if you decide to uninstall them *glares at FNIS*That being said there is no spear mod which functions as a *le gasp* spear, rather than a two hander, I've scoured Nexus and other mod seedier mod sites for these mods and simply could not find any.I also didn't check sites that are in Chinese and Russian since I don't speak the language and don't trust google translate so you may have some luck if you find those modding sites (won't mention those sites directly as I know a few of them are flagged in the Nexus system and will automatically notify moderators when mentioned so you will have to google search you butt off).
