I'm not talking about the save editor or trainers but actually modding the properties of the weapons e.g. dismemberment, quietness, ease of use, etc. I'm aware of trainers being able to modify melee weapons values but that's about it and they are temporary. What I'm looking for is something very permanent. Unfortunately, SoD2 isn't like STALKER where I can just open files in Notepad++ and start altering values.
