I a port possible for these 2 mods (NV/FO3)?

I really would like to use them in my current FO3 playthrough. I understand that these mods belong to a modder and i just want to know in first place if its even possible to port them over to FO3.

 

I have never done this myself and have just watched a video on how to port mods between NV and FO3. It seems pretty easy for simple mods, but these 2 mods are a bit more complex and need some things in addition to run.

 

So again, my question, is it even possible to port them from NV over to FO3? If the answer is yes, would you guys help me with that? Its all for my personal use ofc, i dont want to get into trouble, but maybe "Yvileapsis" (the maker) has an interest in it two, but i doubt that after all these years.

EDIT: Maybe some else is interested in making 2 similar mods for FO3?

They both require

 

• JIP LN NVSE Plugin
• User Interface Organizer

 

The JIP dont work as it is in F3, IIRC. The F3 version of NVSE is FOSE.

Check the list of mods that is supported by UIO to see if any fit your need.

In a roundabout way to satisfy your need, you can try Tale of Two Wasteland and install the Just hit indicator and marker to use them. TTW allow to play F3's land and quest in FNV engine. So you can play shooting the Enclave with JHI and JHM mods installed~
