Just switched from NMM to Mod Organizer: game CTDs during loading scre

Hello, everyone c:

 

So, I recently decided to upgrade to using Mod Organizer after some consideration (word of mouth telling me it was better, plus wanting to automatically install Enhanced Character Edit since NMM has been offline for a few days). Everything seemed to be fine, albeit with some getting used to: played a little, I can get SKSE, Launcher, and the like to work just fine. I do, however, have an odd issue when using my main file: a vampire Breton.

 

When I launch the game, I can chose my loads just fine. But when I try loading her current run, it CTDs on the loading screen. However, this is an issue that only happens with Mod Organizer. When on the loading it rather quickly (less than 10 seconds), whether it be SKSE, Skyrim, or Skyrim Launcher.

 

However, with NMM, this works just fine. My save loads just as it always has and nothing is amiss. I really have no idea what the problem could be: my other saves aren't affected either.

 

Checking missing files using Mod Organizer, the mods I'm fixing are the following: Castle Volkihar's Glory (replaced with another Castle Volkihar mod on the Steam Workshop, didn't have any problems continuing my game without it), Insanity's Goldbrand, Leveling Destruction Perks (I actually do, I just got rid of the version that increases regeneration rate), Vampire Lord Serana Fixed (got another mod for that), hqsnow, into the depths, shinya_bloodlootpotions, uniquelevelditemsupgrade1dot3.dps (just an old version of Steam Workshop Hammer of Might that didn't include Dragonborn), werewolfperksexpanded 1,6b, XCES.esp

 

So far, the last safe is save #1057, right at the dungeon where you start Dawnguard and find Serana. It's starting at 1064 (a full 10 hours later in the College of Winterhold) that this stops working. I've attempted running this with EVERY mod enabled in MOd Organizer: i even re-enabled the .esps that it said weren't necessary as long This is my current Load Order for Skyrim:

Is this a common problem when upgrading to MQ? Does vampirism actually mess up MQ somehow? Why is it that it only hates this save but other files are a-ok? Is there anything else I can share that would help you guys more. My current file is like 30 hours later and I really, really don't want to have to repeat all that just to make MQ happy.
