Oblivion FCOM Installation Help

Decided to re-install Oblivion with a FCOM install. I'm sure these forums have seen their fair share of threads regarding this, but I can not for the life of me figure out what I did wrong. Here's my load order:

I'd really appreciate any help with this. I've been battling it all night and, as I said, I really can't find the issue. I get an instant CTD when I start up Oblivion.

Hi this is my first post on Nexus forums, but I see you haven't been answered and I think I can help.

First off I would suggest rearranging your list so that that it loads oblivion.esm, then other esm's, then shivering isles, then its patch then KOTN, then the other DLC's then the unofficial patch then the citadel door fix.
Then I would load any texture fixes, weather and environment mods, game play mods,and actor's in that order.

Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul likes to load as near to last as it can. Likewise Bashed patches should be last in list. Beyond these tips I'd suggest looking at FCOM Load Order Guide http://devnull.sweetdanger.net/fcomloadorder.html and other links from the mod page for FCOM. http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/12249/?

If still in doubt as to what is conflicting, running OMOD's tools, new conflicts tab can sometimes identify missing dependencies.
else make a new game save without anything but the standard oblivion, DLC's and patches active then switch on each mod one by one (except where one requires another to work of course) until you find which one causes grief.
