Does anyone know of a really good armor replacer/overhaul? I don't want anything game breaking, and I don't want anything really skimpy or out of place. Something that shows a little stomach or something on women is okay (preferably only for light armor), but I'm not looking for bikini bottoms or anything that just more or less just covers the thighs. Seems anything I can find is only for women and is kinda skimpy (understating).

I'm obviously okay with legs/arms and normal things being exposed, particularly in the case of light armor/clothing.

I've tried google and searching Nexus, but don't really know exactly what to look for.

I'd kinda like for them to be pretty high quality textures, as I have my settings in the game as high as I can get them and various graphical improvements already running and want it to all mesh together pretty well.

The only thing I've found thus far that MAY be similar to what I'm looking for is Book of Silence, and I'm not sure if that's just a simple retexture or if it actually changes the appearance of all the gear. The vanilla equipment is a little...unattractive to me. I want the light armor to be just that. Something that looks like you could move freely in it. A perfect example of why I have an issue with vanilla is elven and glass armor.

My character is male, so I obviously want something that affects armor on both men and women.

I apologize in advance if this isn't the proper section to be looking in.

Book of Silence is indeed textures-only. I tend to install HSR and HAR on top.

As for non-skimpy outfit replacers, I use Caliente's one, although edited with BodySlide to fit my preferred body shape, with Less Bulky Glass Armour. It also has the same UV maps as vanilla outfits, so will be compatible with any vanilla outfit retexture mod you use.

Latest version is out some hours ago if you're looking for a more medieval touch, females are a bit bulky because they're using male meshes (lack of female armor versions)

Yeah, I downloaded Book of Silence to see. It's a GOOD retexture, but unfortunately is just that.

I didn't see any images, so I'm sure I know the answer to this, but does Caliente's apply to armor on men as well, or just women?

Seems I may end up having to download some individual armor redesigns based on what I'm wanting.

Not really looking for much of that. Primarily just trying to find a mod that deals with the designs of pre-existing armors to make the more appealing. I do appreciate it, though.

Edited because I answered my own last question.

Well, book of silence isn't entirely textures only. Gold and silver ebony armors are added as separate craftable items.

Yeah, I noticed that. That and I think there's an option for including some new glass armors or something too.

I went ahead and kept it because it's a good retexture, but not quite what I'm looking for.

The biggest annoyance for me right now is that there are vast amounts of mods that add armor to the game, but none of them seem to be SkyRe compatible, and I'm not keen on the idea of running around wearing armor half as effective as it should be JUST because it looks better.
