Nuka Colas Not Glowing

For some reason all Nuka Colas in the game have ceased glowing. HDR is turned on, and I know it is working because my ENB is working. That being said I have tested with and without the ENB. I have also tried disabling all mods. I don't know what could be causing this. In and of itself it is not that big of an issue but I worry other lighting elements may not be working correctly either. The only thing I can think is that some texture asset from a mod could be causing this. But if I disable all mods in FOMM, does the game even still use the textures added in the Data folder?

If you (unpick) them in fomm, then yes, the game uses all assets within the data folder always, lose files override bsa archives always.

If you uninstall the mods using fomm's package manager, then yes too, if any files left behind, or a dirty made mod left things behind.

A normal game will have no lose files other than video, Menus , and bsa archives. The root of the game folder, where the executable is located and the games launcher file, here, if things are left behind, still can effect how things show up in game.

in the menus folder, if there are too many extra *.xml files ,these also control whats seen / rendered in game. again, left overs.

the scripts written by fomod's are not 100% accurate so packages get installed in lumps or some times things need to be installed and are not by way if incorrectly made scripts.

corrupted downloads can cause missing data too. Unlikely Fomm will install a corrupted fomod, that leaves only left overs.

D3d9.dll, the binary add on, writes data to the saved game, screen setups render this new settings from this in-cert-ed addition to the game. once installed, there is no removing old settings from that saved game file, so no matter what you do, you cant remove this data from it. you can uninstall the mods, and binary and reboot the machine, load a new game with out ENBs data any where on that system , VIA the games launcher and it will reset the system back to default, now a new game will render your glowing things as they once were.

the system , the OS has the binary needed for use, the firefox browser updates all desktop rendering for that windows management.

IE is in charge of the desktop. if the systems rendering / 3D managements gets too corrupted, #d applications in the Browser will also start to fail too. laggy internet connectivity is the result. Just a bunch of things happen.

windows/system 32/d3d9.dll ,copy that to the game directory and run it. see what happens.
