mod idea: create vampire thralls

it bugs me that there are vampire thralls in every vampire cave and with every vampire attack, and after I become a vampire, I cannot make a vampire thrall! the dragonborn is apparently lacking in what basic vampire weaklings can do.

 

I want a mod that adds the ability to enthrall low level npc's, like bandits, so they become my permanent follower. maybe add a limit to only 3 thralls can be bound to you.

 

for the record, yes I do use better vampires 6.6 and it doesn't have what I want. if someone would plz make this a mod, or if it is out already, can someone make it compatible with better vampires mod? thank you.

Dawnguard has this, but I don't know of a mod that adds it.

I may be wrong I normally don't join the vampires.

Anyone can have a vampire as a thrall if you get Conjuration up.
