Maybe it was wrongly removed by an over-reacting virus scanner IF that is the case...check if your virus software quarantined any files from FNIS. In the tool folder>tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users.... should be a 10 MB file>hkxcmd.exe Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
