I do plan to use some of the creatures from this resource: 20 Horror-Creatures In particular, the mermaid/slaughterfish, the skeleton mudcrab, and the walking fish thing. I do not see why not considering all they do is roam around Cyrodill, as long as you gave credit for them in any released mod containing them i do not see there being a issue...
