Completely screwed

I'll start by saying that I've checked the Data folder and whatnot, and I still haven't found a solution for my texture problems, as they all seem to be there.
I've downloaded Temptress race, a few followers/companions, and a few armor/mesh plugins.
Here's my original post, of which none so far has been solved.

So, to explain what is going on, in short:
Temptress Race is available, but face texture does not show (excluding teeth and eyes) and the hair as well is invisible.
ApachiiHair is all invisible (Though KSHair is fine)
No followers are available in the game
Cloaks don't show as far as graphics go
INI is still showing as bad or nonexistent
MCM is still showing a logo only, no list or mods available there
Nylia is a follower, but there are eyes and whatnot in Race Menu. The problem is that Eyes are the only thing I can see graphically


These really are the only things I have noticed, but their seriously hindering the enjoyability here.
For your safemindedness, here's my load order, as directed by BOSS.

Thanks for that. I'm having seperate problems now, aas almost all of those were fixed with a papyrus.ini repair.

 

Secondly, I am playing through to 80 before running DG and DB. I've run through skyrim with about every combination of DLC except HF solely, so I'm giving that a go now.
