As far as I know you cannot port the esps/esms from FO3 to NV. The GECK they use is a bit different. Other stuff in mods have shown to work somewhat. I just downloaded this: Centered 3rd Person CameraAs of this post the author removed it because it has a dependency set to the Caravan DLC (Steam pre-order) which causes the game to crash if you don't have that.
