Realistic Critical Hit System aka Kill-Shots

Hello modders (and curios parties). Are you sick and tired of putting an arrow between someones eyes only to have them charge at you as though they were at full health with no injuries? Well I am.

I write to request a system that employs a chance to reduce health to zero through means of standard attacking, similar to Deadly Mutilation, only without all the meshes and scripting to strip the body and pop out organs and stuff. Also it would be nice if arrows/hits to the leg(s) would reduce mobility? I would like the mod to have adjustable percentages in order to change exactly how big of a percentage you have to complete a successful "killshot" and how big of a percentage NPC's have of getting "kill-shots" on eachother and on the player.

Basically-

-Massive Increase of Critical Hit Chance; or chance of "Kill-Shot"

-Massive Increase to Critical Hit Damage, enough to kill humanoid/wildlife creatures in one hit, but NOT dragons, dragon priests, giants, ect.

-Possible Implementing of Poisoning System? Make Poisons harder to craft, much deadlier?

-Leg Wounds Reduce Movement Speed

-Options to Affect Player Only/NPC Only/Everyone

-Options to Increase/Decrease chance of kill-shot.

-Possibly eliminate essentail-settings from all NPC....undecided on this....maybe an option for this?

-Compatibility with common mods like Dance of Death and No Spinning Death Anims (shouldn't be a problem)

-Follower/Companion-Friendly! No accidental killings of Lydia/Vilja/Ect...

-Made with Low-Impact, event-based scripts or minimal changes to .ini stuff. Maximum compatibility preferred. No skeletal requirements/changes. Compatible with all skeletons.

-And the icing on the cake would be options to change the chances of kill-shot with each type of creature/race in vanilla skyrim +patches for monster mods, but thats dreamin big...

Really I'd just like the first two things, and if anyone could do that for me, I would be eternally grateful. So would many others.

Noblesse Oblige. I thank you for your continuing service as saviors.
