CTD Within 5-20 Seconds of Exiting Character Creation

I recently decided to refresh my mod list and start up a new save file. However, I'm running into a wall. I can't figure out the issue, but I crash every time I exit character creation. Here are my PC specs

 

AMD 8120 @ 4 ghz

AMD r9 280x Vapor x at stock

8 gb ram

Native resolution 2560x1600@60hz

Each one represents enabled, each zero represents disabled. Any help is much appreciated as I am hoping to have this running before my r9 390 arrives on Friday. Hoping to stretch the legs of the 390 when it gets here!

Read that sticky at the top of the forum. It's super boring but, you need to know how to do it.

Get mod manager. (Dont be intimidated by it NNM is actually much harder to use)

Get loot.

Get wryebash

Get tes5etdit
