MidbossVyers Posted November 9, 2015 Share Posted November 9, 2015 (edited) At the advice of a friend, I recently replaced my True Stutter Remover with ENBoost (they cannot both be installed because they use the same Skyrim files). The good thing is that the number of crashes decreases dramatically, but now, many of my characters get gray/black skin bug. Exiting the game and restarting it temporarily fixes the bug, but it always happens again eventually. I know that this bug is caused by inadequate VRAM. Also, when I booted up Skyrim after installing ENBoost, I noticed a message saying Available Texture Memory 1696 MB. Would this help? Did you use this totally outdated file that is here available on Nexus or did you use the latest ENB Version from Vorontsov's official page? Also, the gray skin bug only happens with men (using Better Males), but never with women (using UNP). Also, today, I went to check the enblocal and skyrimprefs .ini files. I did not change anything. I only looked through them, but now, my game crashes on load. I can get to qasmoke just fine, but when I try to load an actual game, CTD happens. Next time someone asks for your PC specs just tell him the Model of your CPU, your total system RAM and the VRAM of your graphics card. This information you gave is way too much and I am not in the mood to study that. So again give me the short info about your specs and we will fix your enblocal. Is that a laptop? My installed memory (RAM) is 3GB. My processor is Intel Core i5 CPU with M520 @ 2.4GHz 2.39GHz. My total graphics memory is 1721MB, while my dedicated video memory is 224MB. Anyway, does that mean that I should leave all other enblocal settings as the default, or is that already the default?
