[FO4] Help with some mods

IF something has the same files and you say "yes to all" then the files of the second mod will overwrite the first. So the first mod's files may be partially or completely gone and the mod may no longer function or function as intended. Instead the 2nd mod will be operational.

Sometimes with texture mods when you decide to change this is fine. You don't like the trees so you download another mod and it replaces the trees again. You overwrite the old mod files with the new mod files and there you go happy trees!

Making backups of files that will be replaces is always a good idea as is making saves prior to adding new mods. I would suggest reading up on some modding info. Gopher has some video's on YouTube regarding modding for Skyrim. Though not all applies to Fallout 4, much info is basic (especially in the first video) that it would not hurt to take a look.

Good luck.
