Fallout4 (too bright , washed out- fixed) configuring HDR and Bloom without mods

Is Fallout 4 too bright and washed out? Do you want to get rid of that effect that causes the brightness to constantly change in game as if to simulate eyes adjusting to the light. How about bloom? Instead of trying to cover these effects up with a reshader I can show you how to access the HDR and Bloom settings in game to achieve that perfect look.

Oh, btw. as for having the game load them at startup, if you put those commands in a txt file and save it in the Fallout folder (same as you do with your files), the game will load them at startup, I believe.

I have learned so much since posting my first video. The method in the video above is not very good because you will only get one HDR template for the whole game. This game uses different HDR templates for different areas, time frames, and weather patterns. I made a new tutorial showing how to make a simple mod to edit these individual HDR templates. With this tutorial it will show you how to change time frames, weather patters, and the HDR settings in game to get the perfect look. Then plug your values in to your mod using FO4edit. I'm running the PILGRIM ENB because I wanted a darker atmosphere, but the outside world in the daytime is almost entirely washed out. I don't know how to tone it down to normal levels and have the nights stay dark without being unrecogniseable.
