Create A Faction Mod

I would love a mod in which we can create a faction and place them anywhere in the Commonwealth.

Yes! I can't believe nobody has made this yet. I would be awesome to establish your own military or raider gang. It can maybe be something like making your base, recruiting and expanding your influence. Maybe it can even have unique things like patrols and random raids on other groups. Either way it would be awesome to claim the commonwealth with somebody else than the vanilla factions.

Best thing would be to adapt 'State of Decay' to Fallout 4.

We just need Zombies/Ghouls, which we have, 'survivors' (opposed to Settlers) and we could have a whole vast world, exploring, scavenging and creating settlements just for survival. And send other survivors to buildings or areas or towns to scavenge. Imagine a huge horde of ghouls/zombies appearing at the front wall of your settlement and all you can do is to survive.
