Morghean Posted January 21, 2008 Share Posted January 21, 2008 Hello there! I'm not in really into these 'forum introductions' because I'm not useing much, so this will be a bit out-of-shape. But at least a bit more than the usual 'hi', etc.. ~shorties :) I'm a poor guy from Budapest/Hungary (if you have problem finding it on the map: that 'boat-like' country in central-europe). I'm 24 years old, currently without a job (but with general logistics profession).I'm a fan of animes (my ISP could say that I'm a hardcore addict, because of my download history in each month). :D And I'm also fan of japanese stuff, like music, language, books, foods, etc.I was (or still) a fan of a certain mmorpg, that it took three years out of my life. Stopped it recently because the gaming-stress it had caused me physical sickness. Now the fun part! I'm trying to be an Oblivion modder here. I'm already working on my own and simulately trying to understand the tutorials as well. :D I can build at least. :) Ok, I'm still having problems with the little parts, like filling a bookshelf, or something like that, but I can do some dungeons. I like to work with the original stuff, so I don't think that I would ask a lot help about texturing (also I'm sucks in those kind of programs :D ). But my mind is twiching about new places and situations, quest, fractions. Ofcourse, I won't asking that every scripting (which is one of my worst ability) / other things make someone else on request. I would do it myself, if I could (I'm now stupid, just don't have the know-how and the technical experience.. and a bit clumsy I admit). I really want to make some good mods here and I hope, that I could have the help / support / related advises here from You guys, who are more experienced in it, than me. :) Grabbing the moment, I have a few questions... Some is bothering me quite a time and some is recent.Which line in the ConstructionSet.ini is making possible to have two or more CS openned? (I really couldn't dig it up but I looked up some places trust me!)Is there a way to check, that my mod became a dirty mod, or it's still clean as new?Possible to send it to someone to try out (the above statement)?Can I bother some of you with forum PMs with newbie questions about how to some thing working (quests/dialogues/scripts/etc)? :D And yes! I readed the FAQs and most pinned that was related about new mods and modders. :) P.S.: I know, that my first mod is a big one and you people don't recommend big mods for newbies, but I feel I can do it (sooner or later). :)P.S.2: I'm interested in quests, fractions, building (mapping)... vampirism and criminalistic aspects which isn't enough in the game (to make it a balanced roleplaying game..) Well, if it was enjoyable enough to last three years, I'd guess it was EVE Online, but no doubt it was just WoW, which is more addicting than fun.
