I am using BSB which is a modified UNP with Fair Skin Complexion and High Poly Vanilla Armor replacer for BSB.

Can you post if you are using any animations walking mods that modify the walk of the npc's? This seems to be a animation movement that could be a issue.

 

If that is the case, then you ought to change said animations with something that won't cause such a clipping issue.

 

Second solution is to download bodyslide unp, download a unp file for those vanilla clothes and replace em.
