Missing Armor for Female Imperial Guards?

EDIT: I seem to have fixed it by myself. I only had to install "EVE for Oscuro Oblivion Overhaul 1_3 BAIN" to make it work.

 

 

I am about to go insane, please help. I have tried just about everything: Reinstalling HGEC, Activating ArchiveInvalidation. None worked thus far. It seems only the female guards have this problem; those near the palace.
