Black armors too dark

What can I tweak to fix this? I have Stakado Cinematic ENB and I've played around with Imaginator, AmbientLightIntensityDay and DirectLightingIntensityDay in the .ini but nothing really helped much.

This is my character faced toward the sun and you can still barely see the armor except for it's highlights. I think my lighting is a bit off in general as well.

You're probably getting crushed blacks from ENB effects.fx pushing things the wrong ways/too hard. Try adjusting black level and or/gamma settings there. If you have wierd artifacting going on (hard to tell from your image cause of jpg and grain settings) it's because black values are trying to go negative. This is basically what fumbling around with these settings has lead me to conclude at least. I'm not a photographer, ENB guru, ballerina or criminal attorney.

Thanks for helping, I'll try this in the morning.

All I've ever edited was enblocal and enbseries. Did not know there was a specific section for the color black. As for artifacting (had to google what this is because english isn't my first language lol) I sometimes get the classic purple texture and black faces but another reload of a save usually fixes that (I have a shitload of mods but all of them are pretty useful to me so it's hard to get rid of some). I put grain on because it makes it look a lil more cinematic to me and because some of the textures are low res so it makes them look less ugly.
